*Gilbert Arenas – already on two years probation for felony gun charges – is now the target of a lawsuit filed by a company that sells high end firearms.

According to TMZ, Tactical Operations is claiming that the Washington Wizards star bought five custom Beretta pistols with five silencers in February of 2006, but never picked them up from the store.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Tactical Operations claims Arenas owes the company over $70,000 in storage fees and interest.

Arenas pleaded guilty in January to bringing four guns into the team’s locker room on Dec. 21 to play a prank on a teammate. The three-time all-star was put on two years probation and was required to spend 30 days in a halfway house and donate $5,000 to a fund for victims of violent crimes. He must also perform 400 hours of community service.
