SOT’s founder Carla Morrison looks at the art work that Visual Artist Aarica Blackett presented to her

*Atlanta, Georgia – Carol’s Daughter and Sisters of Today & Tomorrow (SOT) brought Women’s History month to a close with their “Mommy & Me ‘High Tea Pampering Session'” this past Saturday at Carol’s Daughter Store where they featured: The Return of the Lady, Visual Artist Aarica Blackett and Poet Goddesses Georgia Me Presents… Adam’s Rib. The “Mommy & Me ‘High Tea Pampering Session'” was an intimate gathering of mothers and daughters through-out Metro Atlanta. The program included a table side tea chat with The Return of The Lady’s Carol Causieestko-McCollum, known as “The Lady,” about self esteem/awareness; Visual Artist Aarica Blackett who presented an original art piece drawn during SOT’s Women’s History Month Brunch that took place earlier in the month, and Poet Goddesses Georgia Me Presents… Adam’s Rib closed out the program with a sincere and energizing performance by the newly formed group of sought-after women poets, while Carol’s Daughter employees pampered the young ladies and their mothers.

“I’m very pleased with the program that Sisters of Today & Tomorrow brought to our store,” stated Saniyyah Griffin, store manager of Carol’s Daughter. “I’m looking forward to our next collaboration during Mother’s Day”.
