Just like the headline says, this page/board is where you can discuss the stuff that we didn’t cover in today’s issue. (It’s sort of like feedback with a twist) Remember, NO name calling, racial taunting, graphic sex talk and vulgarity in general, PLEASE.

Today’s ‘Live Better With Willie Jolley’ Tip: The Pure, The Powerful, and The Positive

Today’s ‘Live Better’ tip for Success is focused on helping you over come this challenging economy. It is taken from my new book, Turn Your Setbacks Into Greenbacks. Get a copy today…you’ll be glad you did!

I believe you must make a commitment to fill yourself with the pure, the powerful, and the positive. I believe that we should have a reservoir from which to draw inspiration and motivation. I believe that you should dig our wells before you are thirsty and start reading and listening to positive information before you need it.

During tough times, people seem to forget the basics and resort to the old ways of focusing on the bad news that is all around us. People forget the basic principle of not giving up because they have been influenced by their negative, small-minded friends and family members. If you are going to turn your setbacks into greenbacks, it is critical that you surround yourself with positive people. I often talk about dream-busters-those who lurk around and make it their job to kill dreams. Unfortunately, these are often people in our inner circles. They are not trying to be mean spirited. They just happen to suffer from possibility blindness. They say they are trying to “be real,” and figure that because times are tough you should just lie down and die-all while the winners are pushing forward.

Stay positive and work to be around positive people, and make sure to make this daily message part of your routine.
