*Chris Brown tells TMZ he’s sorry for the public argument with Raz B on Twitter yesterday, and making sexual references about his allegations of molestation that many view as homophobic.
Brown tells TMZ, “Yesterday was an unfortunate lack in judgment sparked by public Twitter attacks from Raz B, who was bent on getting attention. Words cannot begin to express how sorry and frustrated I am over what transpired publicly on Twitter.”
Brown goes on, “I have learned over the past few years to not condone or represent acts of violence against anyone. Molestation and victims of such acts are not to be taken lightly; and for my comments I apologize — from the bottom of my heart.”
A source close to Brown questions the notion that Raz B was really molested, given his previous video denial of the incident — not that it excuses Brown’s comments.
Brown ends his apology with this: “I love all of my fans, gay and straight. I have friends from all walks of life and I am committed, with God’s help, to continue becoming a better person.”
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that Raz B’s brother Ricky Romance, also a singer, retaliated against Brown’s Twitter comments with a serious threat.
Ricky posted a video message saying, “If I see you in L.A. my dude, I’m gonna put my mother fu**ing pistol in your mouth.”
He added, “Step your game up homeboy … when I see you my n**ga, I will smack you in the mouth, beat you, drag you down the street and treat you like a little b**ch my n**ga. This ain’t no mother f**king game homeboy. You ain’t welcome in L.A. and if I catch you alone, watch what I’ma do to you.”
Last night, Brown tweeted a response, “Ill be in LA REAL SOON!!!!!!”
After the exchange went viral, Raz B’s rep contacted TMZ with this: “Raz B wanted to make sure everyone knows that what his brother says does not represent him.”
