*As previously reported, Jay-Z was part of Oprah’s Australian Adventure this week and appeared on one of the shows taped at the Sydney Opera House.
During his visit, he talked about his first best-selling book “Decoded.” The segment also included footage of his surprise visit to students at Canterbury Boys’ High School near Sydney.
“It was great,” he told Oprah. “I see myself in their eyes, I believe in opportunities.”
Four hundred of the students had the privilege of sitting in on the “Oprah” taping and, as previously reported, Oprah revealed that sponsors, Microsoft and HP, were donating $1 million worth of laptops to all the students and teachers at the school and will help upgrade the schools library and music rooms.
