According to RadarOnline.com, however, several staff members at the famous hotel have been fired for leaking information to the press about the singer’s tragic end.
Houston died at the famed hotel after reportedly consuming a mix of Xanax, Valium and alcohol on February 11, just hours before Clive Davis’s annual pre-Grammy party, again, according to the site.
Some of the hotel workers gave interviews or spoke with media outlets the night of the event(s) and were subsequently let go.
“The hotel employees that talked to the media were fired because they violated hotel policy,” a source told RadarOnline. “They weren’t high level employees, but the hotel didn’t want anyone to talk about Whitney’s tragic death.”
