Her family doesn’t think she’s quite entitled to that label yet, it seems.
According to documents filed in Georgia, trustees of Whitney Houston’s estate, including the singer’s mother Cissy, say Bobbi needs some financial supervision.
Radar Online says Bobbi Kristina “is a highly visible target for those who would exert undue influence over her inheritance and/or seek to benefit from respondent’s resources and celebrity,” a small portion of the filing reads.
It’s not clear if the 19 year old is blowing through her money, but it does look like her family doesn’t trust her to make the right decision with it.
The trustees are seeking to adjust the schedule of payments currently in place in order to protect the trust’s assets.
Since her mother’s death, Bobbi has grown increasingly close with Nick Gordon, her boyfriend and someone who was once called a brother.
The family will open up their lives on coming Lifetime docu-series, “The Houstons: On Our Own,” which premieres Oct. 24 at 9 p.m.
