*Shades of Color invites you to Release, Relax and Renew every day of the year, and especially during the holiday season. Here are more steps to get centered and prepare for each day and the coming year. (Steps 1-3 were published previously on EURweb.)
4. Clean out your closets and cabinet and donate to a thrift shop or friend. It will make you feel good for giving and you will have new space to put the new items you will receive for the holidays.
5. Take time from your holiday shopping to get a facial, a manicure or a pedicure. Most places have specials this time of year…
6. Choose a night or two or three to take a nice bubble bath. Lavender bath salts or sugar scrubs are fabulous to use and will make your skin soft. Light a lavender candle and put on some soft relaxing music. This is a great way to Relax after a long day of shopping.
7. Review your goals you set for this year. Which ones have you accomplished? Which ones will go on your list for next year? What will be the new goals you add for 2014? Make a plan to get started now…. research, study, pray and write the vision down, make it plain and it shall come to pass…
