lupita & mexican sesame street character
*Lupita Nyong’o has found a new location to exercise her love of laughter.

The Oscar-winning actress joined “Plaza Sésamo,” a Mexican edition of the popular children’s show “Sesame Street,” earlier this week for a short segment celebrating laughter.

“Hello, I’m Lupita. Today I want us to celebrate smile day,” Nyong’o said in Spanish. “Do you know how to laugh? Why don’t we laugh together? Ready, 1, 2, 3!”

Communicating in Spanish is not a tough battle for Nyong’o, who is Kenyan. The entertainer, who was born in Mexico, can speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
