*Chris Brown fans have been cheering with excitement about his release from lockdown, but maybe they shouldn’t since he could be headed back in the slammer!
Prosecutors in the Washington D.C. assault case want to begin trial immediately.
In fact, the case’s prosecutors asked the presiding judge to begin the trial on June 25.
The prosecutors are using Brown’s own admission he violated his Rihanna-incident probation against him for a sooner trial date.
Although he admitted to the violation, he never admitted to the D.C. assault, according to Brown’s legal team.
Yet the prosecutors are saying he admitted the violation of probation due to guilt. Hence, the trial should start at the end of the month.
The judge hasn’t ruled just yet, but hopefully this is the LAST time Brown gets in trouble.
Although, he might forever be known as R&B’s bad boy.
