DJ Chuck Chillout, Grandmixer DXT and Ralph ‘Uncle Ralph’ McDaniels

*Legendary Hip Hop icons Grandmixer DXT (“Rockit”), DJ Chuck Chillout and Video Music Box Founder/VJ Ralph “Uncle Ralph” McDaniels were on hand for the final program of “31 Days of Non-Stop Hip Hop” – a special program created for teens by the Queens Library.

The programs were sponsored by BulLion Entertainment (in collaboration with the Langston Hughes Library) included Hip Hop pioneer Ralph McDaniels, who presented a visual history of Hip Hop and his ground-breaking television show “Video Music Box.” This interactive presentation covered 30 years of footage, going back to the early days of the underground music scene in New York City. The presentation was followed with performances by DIOS Music/BulLion Entertainment recording artist rapper Stereo H, aka @Hashim BING and up-and-coming rap artist Juanito Jones.

Hip Hop icons DJ, radio personality, and producer Legendary DJ Chuck Chillout and 2014 inductee to Guitar Center’s Hollywood RockWalk, Grand Mixer DXT treated the audience to a demonstration and discussion on the art of sampling, DJ’ing, and “turntablism.”

Needless to say, they rocked the house!!!
