*On the heels of his VMA performance Monday of “She Came to Give It To You,” Usher has released his latest single, “Believe Me,” and revealed eight dates for his upcoming The UR Experience tour on Twitter, reports Billboard.
So far, the trek will hit Los Angeles, Seattle, Dallas, New Orleans, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Atlantic City and Orlando.
“Believe Me,” produced by Mike WiLL Made-It, features Ursh with a guilty conscience after breaking his lover’s heart “so many times.” Listen below:
The title of his upcoming eighth studio album might also be titled “UR,” according to a previous version of the new Honey Nut Cheerios commercial. The spot — featuring Usher and the Honey Nut Cheerios bee “communicating” via dance moves over “She Came to Give It to You” — included a now-removed graphic saying “From the album UR.”
Usher continues to tease the album, slated to drop this fall, with a 30-second video of “She Came to Give It to You,” which features a brief cameo by Pharrell Williams. The full version of the music video is scheduled to drop Tuesday, Aug. 26.
