*In a new interview with CNN, Janice Dickinson broke down in tears while detailing the sexual assault she says happened to her at the hands of Bill Cosby.

In an interview that aired Monday night, the former supermodel told CNN’s Fredricka Whitfield that the incident took place following a 1982 dinner in Lake Tahoe where Cosby was in attendance. At one point, Dickinson said, she and Cosby were left alone, and she complained of having menstrual cramps. She said Cosby offered her a pill; she doesn’t recall asking what it was, but she took the pill, as she “trusted” him “because of his demeanor and the promise of a career. I trusted him. I wanted a television career. I had had a successful career for commercials. I wanted to take it to the next level.”

She remembered taking Polaroid photos of a robe-clad Cosby (which recently surfaced online) and then the comedian “mounting” her.

“The last thing I remember, I had blacked out, and Cosby mounting me, like the monster that he was, and I was thinking, ‘What the heck?’ I remember passing out, and I remember more specifically waking up and that there was a lot of pain downstairs,” she said, tearing up. “There was semen all over me and my pajama bottoms were off and my top was open. At that point, fight or flight, I just packed up and got the hell out of there.”

Asked why she didn’t come forward sooner, Dickinson replied: “I remember being humiliated, disgusted. I had revulsion toward Cosby, and Cosby was a very powerful man and probably still is. I trusted this man, and I stuffed it. I compartmentalized it because I was embarrassed.”

Now, Dickinson said, she wants Cosby to come forward and acknowledge the alleged incident.

“I would like Cosby to come out and at least acknowledge that he is a pig, that he is a monster and that he raped me,” Dickinson told Whitfield, at which point she again broke down, adding: “I do not know how to process these emotions.… This has affected me in my house, it’s affecting me, it’s really affected these women.”

Dickinson is one of several women who have made sexual assault allegations against Cosby as he has embarked on a live performance tour. The comedian has not publicly addressed the allegations, although he has canceled multiple tour dates in the face of mounting public criticism.

Most recently, Temple University announced Monday that Cosby had resigned from its board of trustees.
