miss-cleo*We haven’t heard from nor seen Miss Cleo in a good minute, but apparently the Jamaican pyschic has been on the radar of General Mills.

So much so that The Psychic Readers Network is suing the cereal company for using Miss Cleo in new French Toast Crunch commercials, according to TMZ.

As it turns out, PRN owns the rights to Miss Cleo and says in its lawsuit that it spent more than $100 mil in advertising to make Miss Cleo a pop culture phenomenon.

The suit goes on to accuse General Mills of stealing  Miss Cleo’s whole look with its French Toast Crunch ads. As a result, PRN is demanding all the profits made from General Mills’ ad campaign.:
