The 14th Annual NCNW Uncommon Heights Gala Is the launch of the organization’s 80th Anniversary.
Babyface is being honored for his philanthropic and professional achievements Also on Friday, November 13, 2015, at 2:00 PM, in the Jay Room of the Washington Hilton Hotel Former Secretary of Labor, the Honorable Alexis Herman, Chairman of the Dorothy I. Height Foundation, and Co-Chair of the 14th Annual
NCNW “Uncommon Heights” Gala, and Ingrid Saunders Jones, Chair of the NCNW, will unveil 50 Hats which belonged to the beloved, longtime Chairman of the NCNW, and Civil Rights icon, Dr. Dorothy Irene Height, which will be on exhibition at the Smithsonian Museum and which will be on exhibit in States across the US beginning in 2016.
This, too, is in conjunction with the organization’s 80th Anniversary. Over 1,000 people are expected to attend the Black-Tie event.
