*Grammy-winning producer Noel ‘Detail’ Fisher, was caught by TMZ leaving a Hollywood club recently, and during a drunken chat with the paps, he advised Nicki Minaj not to marry her boo-thang, Meek Mill. Peep the video clip below.
When one photographer asked, “Do you think it’s a good idea for Nicki Minaj to marry Meek Mill?” He quickly fired back, “Don’t marry Meek!” He then breaks out in an embarrassing dance wearing a top hat and a cane because…well, he’s drunk fool.
Detroit-born Fisher is best known for producing hit singles, “Sexy Can I” by Ray J, “I’m So Paid” by Akon, “How to Love” by Lil Wayne, “Drunk in Love” by Beyoncé and “We Dem Boyz” by Wiz Khalifa. He received his first Grammy when Beyonce’s “Drunk In Love” won best R&B song during the 57th Annual Grammy Awards. He has also worked with Ashanti, Jennifer Lopez, R. Kelly, Lady Gaga, Brandy, Christina Aguilera, the Pussycat Dolls and Snoop Dogg.
Detail recently visited his alma mater, Henry Ford College, to receive a recording from students and alumni for his rendition of the holiday song “The First Noel” for his Christmas CD “Detail Presents Noel.” iTunes released the CD on Dec. 11.
He studied music at the college from 1998 to 2002, so when he needed a classical version of the track, he hit up the school’s music department. While on campus, Detail also spoke with recording studio students about what it takes to make it in the music business.
Back in 2011, Fisher was accused of sexual assault during a Lil Wayne session. The woman said the attack occurred at his Canyon Country, CA home but Weezy was not held responsible for any wrongdoing. The woman said the house was equipped with a recording studio that Wayne was using during a Pre-Grammy party.
He was accused of holding the young woman against her will, having her stay overnight and sexually assaulting her before she was able to escape. He detailed the allegations, and accused the woman of extorting him.
