*It seems Nicki Minaj‘s fans or “Barbies” are not happy with some of her actions lately.
Specifically, they are concerned about her showing support for her older brother Jelani Maraj, 37, who’s been charged with raping a 12-year-old girl.
As we reported back in December, Minaj posted $100,000 bail in early December for her brother and on Wednesday, the siblings posed at a bowling alley with other family members.
Minaj put the photo on Instagram and wrote, “Bowling con mi familia.” That posting didn’t go over too well with her folowers and thousands resp[onded in outrage.
“He needs to be locked up [bleeping] on little kids,” wrote one follower of the alleged offender. Another questioned: “Isn’t that your pedophile brother?” And yet another: “Your brother is a rapist yuckkkk.”
So far Minaj has not responded, but some of her fans came to her defense:
“If Nicki Minaj wanna take a pic with her pedophile bro . . . then let her!! Y’all need to stfu and keep scrolling.”
Meanwhile, according to Page Six, Nicki also received some backlash for playing a recent gig in Angola despite protests from a human rights group.
Before that show, Minaj posted a photo with the daughter of Angolan dictator José Eduardo dos Santos captioned:
“She’s just the 8th richest woman in the world. GIRL POWER!!!!! This motivates me soooooooooo much!!!!”
