*Drake and Eminem put rumors of a feud and brewing “rap battle” to bed Tuesday night when both performed onstage together at Detroit’s Joe Louis Arena.

Earlier this month, New York’s Hot 97 started the whole mess when morning jock Ebro said on air that he heard Eminem was ready to “come after [Drake],” and that Drake laughed it off and said it wasn’t “gonna happen.” But if it did, Drake’s got “something” for Eminem.

Days later, Drake shouted “F*** Hot 97” during his show in NY, and headlines blew it up.

Last night, the whole thing was squashed when Eminem rose from a trap door in the middle of Drake’s stage to greet his hometown fans. “Make some noise for the greatest rapper to ever get on a microphone – he goes by the name of Eminem,” Drake told the crowd.

Eminem echoed the sentiment and said, “It’s an honor to share the stage with this man right here.”

The two then launched into “Forever,” off Lil Wayne’s 2007 mixtape “Da Drought 3,” which features all three rappers, plus Kanye West.

After the show, Drake shared a photo of him and Eminem on Instagram and wrote, “SHARED THE STAGE WITH THE GOAT FOR DETROIT. DONE THE HYPE.”
