*Will Smith was on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” Tuesday to promote his latest film “Suicide Squad” when the band started playing his 1991 classic “Summertime” during the commercial break.

Smith has been interviewed everywhere in support of “Suicide Squad,” which opens Friday, Aug. 5.

The entertainer made headlines earlier this week over some of the questions he’s been asked on the press tour – including his thoughts on racism and police brutality in the United States (“It isn’t getting worse, it’s getting filmed.”), and Donald Trump (His treatment of women “makes me teary.”)

Colbert also got into race and politics with Smith in the actual televised portion of the show.
