*Well that didn’t go well. We’re referring to Amber Rose‘s declaration to the world Wednesday night at the Def Jam Movie Awards that she had bought the infamous LA strip club, Ace of Diamonds.

“I was a dancer, I was an exotic dancer, I was stripper for a very long time. Best time of my life, by the way. I had the time of my life,” she said on stage.

Rose added:

“But do y’all know Ace of Diamonds? Well, I bought it. So this is to every girl out there, every stripper, ya’ll can one day be on stage with Russell Simmons, receiving an award.”

Rose and Ace of Diamonds have a long history. If you recall, last June, she and Wiz Khalifa celebrated their divorce at the strip club.

Needless to say, the (real) owners of the club are calling her a liar and have already filed a lawsuit against her. SKWS Enterprises says Rose hasn’t paid anything of the club. They say her comment is “unequivocally false” and they haven’t sold to anyone, reports TMZ.

The bottom line is that they’re suing Amber for slander, and looking for more than a million bucks.
