Heiress and model Petra Ecclestone owns the $105 million estate — known as “The Manor” in Hollywood. The Carters are rumored to be eyeing the spot as they plan their move to Los Angeles.
The 57,000 square-foot home was once owned by Candy Spelling, whose late husband Aaron purchased it from Bing Crosby in 1983. Spelling demolished the original house and built this mansion.
HipHollywood.com notes that “The Manor” is located in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood and is currently most expensive home for sale in the U.S. The 6-acre mansion is located at 594 Mapleton Drive in Bel Air, Los Angeles, and boasts 123 rooms, a bowling alley, swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, screening room and four 2-car garages.
