*Yesterday (03-20-17) on CBS’ “The Talk,” Sheryl Underwood opened up about being raped and feeling like she was going to be killed before her survival skills kicked in.

Underwood recalls the scary situation:

“I remember having a ‘this is it’ moment when I was raped and I just kept thinking, ‘This ain’t it. I’m not going to die today. I refused to die today.’ The only thing I thought was, ‘what do I do to survive?’ And I start talking to the guy and I said, ‘Don’t do this this way. Whatever you’re gonna do, finish what you’re doing. Don’t kill me and don’t take my ID, they’ll find you’ and I was just negotiating with the guy. I really want women to understand, don’t ever let anyone take your power away from you.”

‘Empire’s’ Terrence Howard Gushes Over Young Sons“Empire” star Terrence Howard visits “The Talk” today and gushes over his two young sons, Qirin and Hero.

Howard says:

“My son, Kirin thinks that this world belongs to him and I feel like why should I tell him something different? I believe when it says in the scriptures, we are made in God’s image, that there is nothing short of God being in us. So I teach them when they look in the mirror, do you see God?”
