divorce on hold

*Although Tameka “Tiny” Harris filed for divorce from T.I. way back on Dec. 7, a hearing in the divorce that was scheduled Wednesday morning in Georgia, was taken off calendar when the court discovered T.I. had never been served with divorce papers.

As noted, it’s not like she had trouble locating her husband —  T.I. & Tiny have been together several times in recent months — including the holiday season and they did Valentine’s Day together.

At this point, if Tiny wants to move forward, she’ll have to file proof T.I. was served.

Sources close to the couple say that they’re nowhere near getting divorced.

“I don’t think they will ever get divorced,” a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE. “I believe they spent Valentine’s Day at Chick-fil-A!”

“I wouldn’t say all is right with them, but I don’t think a divorce will ever happen,” the source adds.

Meanwhile, you’ve probably heard by now that T.I. and Tiny’s reality show has been saved by their relationship drama. The series was on the brink of death but it’s their divorce that’s giving the show at least one more season.

Sources close to “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” tell TMZ that VH1 is bringing the series back for a sixth season that will focus on the couple’s efforts to co-parent in the aftermath of Tiny filing for divorce.

The network reportedly met with producers about canceling the show, but producers convinced VH1 execs the divorce drama could bring in a huge audience.

While they shot most of season 5 separately, sources say T.I. & Tiny will be together more often next season.
